George has a great and genuine interpersonal style and is a very nice, open, and honest person. He listens, is respectful, and is a pleasure to chat with especially if you happen to see him in the local area while he is working with other vendors. Over the years when we have seen him at auctions of other properties, he was always very open and friendly and happy to give us his appraisal of what was happening in the area at the time, but was never pushy or pesky with unnecessary follow-up phone calls. Professionally, his deep market knowledge, strategic thinking skills, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills made him an obvious choice in selecting an agent to sell our home. We have bought and sold a number of homes over our lifetime and would have to say that in comparison, our experience with George has been extraordinarily good and very positive, and we are very, very pleased with all he has done for us.
