Honest and open - rare traits in an agent!

I first met George Gialouris at an open for inspection at a property near where I ended up buying. I then saw the place I bought at an off-market viewing that George had invited me to after showing me a few other properties in the area. The one thing I can't stand about real estate agents is their inability to tell buyers the truth about vendors' price expectations. Maybe it was just lucky with this vendor, but George was honest and open about what similar properties had sold in the recent past in the area and what price the vendor would accept to stop it from going to auction. That was the price I paid for my lovely new home! :-) I'd highly recommend George to any buyer or seller.
