All right until something out of the ordinary happens

We were selling and buying from the same real estate and once the contracts were all signed, any requests to help and organise the settlements of both properties were met with a "contact your lawyer" instead of trying to discuss with all parties. Once we managed to meet the seller (without the help of the real estate) everything went smoothely
