Having dealt with a few agents over the years, I can honestly say that I would utilize the services of George from 4069 for any future property that I want to sell and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Our story begins on one fine Saturday that we had set up a full day of house inspections. We had spent many months looking, and on this day Wyndarra Street was our second last house to view; we were starting to get a bit tired and overwhelmed. It’s not every day you sell your house so it’s not easy finding the right agent. I went to a number of open homes to see how I would be treated as a perspective buyer & was a little disappointed in how it was going, until I met with George. I invited George & Luke to appraise my property & they were pretty much on the money to what we sold for, some agents had quoted up to $60k less which makes me think we could have been ‘under selling’ the value of our home had we’d chosen to list with someone else. I have high expectations when investing my time & money into someone & I am pleased to say I have not been disappointed, George has simply done everything right, the photos looked amazing, the marketing worked, communication was good, there whole system simply works.
