George is the ultimate professional. His advice and guidance through the whole process of purchasing our new home was outstanding. He was always available to take our calls and answer all our questions that we had, and we had a lot. I would not hesitate at all in recommending George for any aspects of buying or selling realestate.
George was everything we wanted and more than we expected in an agent. His hard work, honesty and guidance over our five week campaign was amazing. He arrived early to every open, he made sure we had our weekly catch ups and he kept us in the loop on buyer feedback. At no point were we concerned about him achieving the best outcome possible and that, he did! Thank you for this life changing result. We would confidently recommend George, Gino and their team to anyone looking for an agent to list their home or assist them in making a purchase.
George and his team where amazing. We look forward in working with you again. We used George to sell our house and it was very easy and got the result we wanted.
George was fantastic throughout the campaign period and kept me in the loop with buyer feedback. He provided strategic advice to help me extract the best offer. I also appreciated that he was not pushy when offers came in slightly under my ideal price. He was patient with me even after a few rejections on offers he presented and was able to go above and beyond to deliver the price I wanted from the beginning.
My dad was a real estate agent for over 30 years and i even myself worked in the real estate industry for many many years and i can honestly say George has far exceeded my expectations of what a agent should do and will do. I was constantly kept up to date and informed at all times. HE has a fantastic and personable manner about him while still making me smile in the process as i was very nervous making the decision to buy my first home. I feel like i've made the right choice and couldn't be happier with the level of service i received from George and i know i will be doing business again in the future with George because he is someone you can trust and rely on. Thank you again George!
George is a hardworking and dedicated agent. Looks after his clients and is not afraid to cut through the crap that some people present when negotiating sales etc. He has strong knowledge of the market and knows how to use that to the benefit of his clients.
George was really helpful during the inspections and auctions. Also responsive when it came to questions. Really liked that he was transparent on what the sellers needed and how many buyers were also interested at the same time.
George is a rare breed of real estate agent. He is honest, compassionate, and always looking out for both the vendors' and purchasers' interest. He has a remarkably positive approach, commitment and focus, which never ceases to amaze me. George makes selling and purchasing a thoroughly transparent, stress free and seemles process, but most importantly he delivers when it matters!
We are so grateful to George and Gino for all their hard work in these very trying times. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and great results! This is the second property we have sold through them and we hope to be able continue this relationship in the future.
I have no hesitation in recommending George or his colleague Gino to anyone wanting to sell their house.
George was a breath of fresh air. He was very transparent and honest throughout the entire process and worked professionally in the best interest of all parties. George definitely raises the bar with his skills and experience, and I would highly recommend his services to friends and family.
