We paid whatever initial payment they requested. We flew back to our country. The rest of the process, in fact the bulk of the process was via email. Harcourts team under George did the whole works and they kept us updated always. We got the settlement credited in our account on the due date. But the Statement of Account was late and the balance of the initial deposit was also late. BUT that one email I sent to George did the MAGIC. He immediately contacted his finance department. The very next morning, the Statement of Account was emailed to me and the balance of the deposit was credited into my account.
