I couldn’t be happier with George as my real estate agent! From the very first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about selling my property in Melbourne. George provided spot-on advice on staging and pricing, which made all the difference in a competitive market. His communication was outstanding – always prompt, clear, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Thanks to his strategic marketing and expert negotiation skills, we not only sold quickly but secured a price well above what I anticipated. Owned by Mrs. Jeannine Lazarewicz Dear Mr. Korderas, On behalf of myself and my brother Richard Kwasek , I wish to offer you my most sincere thanks to you and all the staff at BUXTONS - OAKLEIGH for your help and guidance in the sale of our aunts house by auction. It was most satisfying, that our expected money target was exceeded. When I was faced with this whole exercise , I was somewhat apprehensive. The last time I faced an auction was back in 1982 at the sale of our property in St. Kilda. But there was no need to worry because BUXTONS made it all easy, one step at the time. They were especially helpful with hints of how to present this property in the best possible light. Again, thank you and your team for a job well done. Yours faithfully: Dorothee Florenini
