He was very honest with the Valuation of the house when he did his Listing Presentation and did not give me an inflated value which i would have liked to hear so as i could give him my business, but a value which was both accurate of market conditions and would attract bidders to the auction The auction was well attended by a large crowd and 4 bidders, George's suggested amount to be reached for the house to be announced that it was on the market was accurate in that it produced a quick flurry of bids allowing me to achieve a price considerably higher than my reserve This was the third time that my family entrusted George with selling of our properties and will use him again in future. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
