Previously unknown to us, we chose George Mihaelidis to market our unit for sale in late November 2017. He suggested we have the unit styled and offered us a very good price. He also suggested the marketing campaign that we undertook. Although slow to start with prospective buyers George kept us informed every time there was an open home even if no-one attended. The eventual sale after a couple of weeks was negotiated expertly by George and we were happy with the sale price. As the sale was just before Christmas when estate agents and lawyers were going to be closed, George did an amazing task of pushing all the relevant paper work through, including hand delivering to our home so that we could rest easy over the holidays.
