I first met George prior to placing our property at 12A Reservoir Street Little Bay. I spent some time talking to George to understand his approach to the selling process. George is unique because he has developed his own philosophy and approach to marketing and selling properties. In an era where price and complexity of real estate sales have increased. My choice for representation was George whereas he was not for my ex-partner. Interestingly, by the time we reached a successful, protracted sale, George had become a confidant of both my ex-wife and daughter. How did he manage this? By listening, addressing the current issues and needs of each individual and adjusting his advice and support accordingly. No property sales these days are simple but with the "soft skills" possessed by George, people like me (who has had a lifetime in the commercial field) are more than comfortable and appreciative of his guidance and leadership.
