Even though we sold our house at the very end of a housing boom (in fact, the ‘bubble’ had started to burst when we sold, and our house was actually passed in at auction), Andrew and George managed to secure an excellent price for the sale, through their well-honed and sincere negotiation skills with prospective buyers. Andrew and George have an unblemished sales record – they have never not been able to sell a house. Having seen how hard they work behind the scenes to make it happen (we literally did not need to lift a finger to make the sale – they did all the work), and how outstanding their people skills are, I can see why they have such an excellent track record. When the time is right to sell again, we will be calling them immediately!
