I first met George when I was looking at buying an established home, after looking at many houses I decided against it. George was one of the agents I dealt with at the time and nothing was to much trouble. So I continued to look in All-homes and noticed George was selling townhouses off the plan, so I went to an open house and approached him about another property that I was interested in. He was great, encouraging and went out of his way more than once. I found it a very long and stressful process, I wasn't able to get my builders to communicate with me, hence there was some problems. George stuck with me from the beginning, and I am very thankful to him for that. George has always been very professional, respectful, approachable and communicated extremely well through out the process. George still checks in to make sure that everything is being addressed that needed to be, and if not for him I probably wouldn't be where I am now, in a new home, as I think I wouldn't have gone ahead with the purchase due to the pressures. I had never bought before, so this was a whole new process for me, if I was ever going to buy another property I would approach George rather than go to anyone else. The thing I liked best was he is a man of his word, what he says he will do, he does. If anyone is wanting to buy a property in the Canberra / Queanbeyan area I recommend George as you won't be disappointed.

We were always aware that the sale could take some time and have its complications because of the non-standard nature of the block we had to sell - large old home subdivided with a self-managed strata plan. However, George made us confident that we were in good hands, and that a successful outcome was likely, and we were very pleased with the eventual result, being both within reasonable price expectations and in a reasonable time. From a personal point of view, we appreciated the fact that he kept us up to date, we felt that his advice was always on the mark, and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
