From start to finish, the sale process took 3 months. George was in constant touch with us and communicated between us, the solicitor and the vendor multiple times. Takes times out during his Christmas break to organise final insoection before settlement, calls you to ask you where you would like to pick up the keys from instead of forcing you travel far.
