George, Joe and Liliana, were entrusted in selling my Dads Home at Tighes Hill in August 2018 after much research on all NewCastle agents, first national at the junction was the only agent that had the expertise and the team to sell this unique property. The home went to auction and was sold for a Tighes Hill record price in a slowing market. From the very first meeting my dad had with Joe, who dropped everything and visited Dads place over the weekend, to all the open houses in the 4 week campaign, Dad felt comfortable with george,joe and liliana. George, Liliana and Joe were an exceptionally good team communicating well with us every week during the sale process. The only error was a serious one but we still made the sale on the day which was a wonderful outcome. Every advertisement in the newspaper advised that the auction would be the 22 August instead of the 22 September and this error was not corrected but continued to be printed even when the newspaper date was after 22 August. Thank goodness the online date was always correct and that on the day the newspaper ad did say Auction Today. Someone in that team needs to check every ad every time. The auction was conducted very professionally and pleasantly for both buyer and seller. We are very happy with the sale, thank you George.
