We engage several different realestate companies to see who we thought could sell our property. One agent even offer to advertise it for free. Even though we still had to pay advertising, I found George gave us the best ‘feel’ of success. Unlike most other agents I have dealt with, George took on the property with a personal level. He was keen to know everything he could, including extra options the property provided, so he could really sell it to the customer. (Other agents I have dealt with when asking questions about buying, standard answer is I don’t know) George gave us a price he was confident he could get, and got us a little more in the end.
