We went into the sale of our home wanting to achieve a certain result, and George was confident this could be obtained. The campaign was a rocky one, and one that had us facing some pretty confronting reviews from prospective buyers, often leaving us feeling as though we wouldn't reach our intended reserve. George was (sometimes to his own detriment) very honest about the feedback and also found the response underwhelming considering his extensive history in the area. In all honesty we felt disheartened and anxious about our auction thinking - perhaps we may need to pass in and have a longer campaign...However, George was able to focus in on and encourage the few prospective buyers who showed keen interest in our property to attend the auction - and ultimately the auction proved successful. We were lucky, and very happy with the outcome of the sale of our house. Overall, George is a good person and he did his job satisfactorily.
