We had really high expectations going into the market, somewhat unrealistic but George was quick to tell us where we sit and what to expect from the market. He communicated very well and in a fairly short campaign did as many open houses as he could to attract the right attention. Overall we got better outcome than we expected.
George had a big task on his hands with this sale but he came through with flying colours. He certainly knows his stuff and how to go about getting the best result possible and I am very pleased with the outcome of my sale. I had little knowledge of selling real estate but George guided and advised me all the way through and he responded quickly to the many messages I sent always putting my mind at ease. George has a great understanding of both the current market & professional integrity. He is relaxed in his nature but does NOT play games. We found him to be easily available to answer any questions, reliable with any follow ups & transparent with any feedback and/or concerns.
