George initially approached us to value our residential home. We advised that we had no plans to put the place on the market. Like a great salesman he uncovered an unstated need by talking about other properties. I advised that I had an investment property and may think about selling in future. I follow the market in the area and noticed another unit in the area sold for a good price. I called George and he was on to it immediately.
