I came to George with a problem with a previous agent, and he was extremely helpful, so I chose him for the campaign to sell my house of 23 years in Thornbury. He was extremely thorough in explaining to me the methods he uses for selling homes, and spelled out the options available to me. He was very upfront with the cost and expectations with the sale. His assesment of my home was realistic, and he didn't try to up sell me on his services or on the price for my home. I was travelling for work during most of the campaign time, and George was fantastic with his communication with me and my daughter, who was living in the house. Liaising inspections, and keeping myself and my daughter up to date with what was going on was managed professionally. The post-house opening statistics were extremely helpful for tracking the interest in the house , and what buyer expectations were. When it came time to sell my house George was the only person I was willing to use. I first met George about 5 years ago when I asked him to do an appraisal on my property off the back of a letterbox drop.
