George was a pleasure to work with selling our home. He was knowledgeable, informative, had great marketing presence including a outstanding video tour and secured a great result. We would definitely recommend him and will be using him for future sales.
George was unfailingly pleasant, hard-working and well-organised. He built great rapport with buyers and achieved a good price in a tricky market. Highly recommend
George was knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and helped make the first home buying process and first auction less stressful and more exciting.
Jowain and George were friendly from start to finish. Jowain was very personal in taking time to show the property virtually. He handled all queries that I had and was very polite in helping a first home buyer. George was there at the final inspection and gladly sorted out the remaining small issues without issue
George was friendly, honest and open and his communication, and overall made us comfortable as we bought our first home. Thanks George
George gave us a honest to goodness perspective of our house and the market. His approach is genuine and friendly, giving us a stress free experience. We appreciated his transparent communication, personalised attention to detail, and generosity of time and effort. We felt we were in good hands, without a moment of doubt. George adapted well to our needs and handled those unexpected moments with confidence and ease. George has great connections within the industry who provide high quality services to make your experience that much smoother. His calm and reassuring nature gave us confidence in the process. We appreciated his ability to work with our vision, while keeping us focused. It is through his extensive experience that helped keep our expectations realistic. He understood our home, neighbourhood and potential buyers and found a perfect match. George’s high standards and personalised approach to his work complemented our hope for the sale of our home. By taking the time to get to know us we really felt as though we had a friend and ally working with us to achieve the best result.
George was professional, knowedgable, friendly and supportive and got me through a stressful process as easily and smoothly as possible.
We thought that george had a great attitude when talking to him
George helped my mum sell her place. He was a constant professional and helped at every stage. Even during the high stress part of an auction. I could not recommend him enough. You won't regret selling with George.
George was helpful throughout the campaign and answered any questions we had. He was supportive in steering us through the stressful experience of an auction.
My wife and I recently purchased our first home listed by George. George was great to communicate with us and proactive and helped guide us through the buying process!
I sold my home in Melba this year with George and found him to be a great peson and agent alike. I am in Queensland, so prior to sale had to get a few things fixed and arranged for presentation prior to auction. George and his team bent over backwards to arrange these matters and I was constantly kept in the loop with what was planned, what was happend and what acutally occured. George and I spoke openly and honestly about the property's potential sale price and events affecting it at the time such as the housing decline. I was recommended George by my property leasing agent Claudia also at the same agency and wasn't let down. I can't recommend George highly enough or his assistant Joe.
