While some agents are pushy and in your face,I found George laid back yet professional. He has a pleasant manner and patiently waits for suitable response from the potential vendor. Tho on a set commission in a short time he negotiated a buyer to the asking price. As an out of town vendor I have been more demanding than most ; George has gon above and beyond to accede to my wishes. After settlement the deposit balance appeared in my a/c post haste. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
