George is a friendly and approachable person who will do his utmost to explain the process of selling your property. He will provide recommendations of the right time to sell, the best way to sell and the various ways you can advertise the sale and will run through the costs and commission as well. He wasn't pushy with anything and accepted what direction I wanted to go with. As I wasn't in the area at the time of sale he provided updates on the property and arranged any maintenance or repairs that we needed to do to maximise the final sale price. I would have no hesitation in recommending George to any family or friends that were looking at selling their property in the future.
George was fantastic. His communication was excellent and we were always abreast of what was going on. He is an likeable and enthusiastic personality who takes the time to understand / know the personality of your property as part of his selling package - that may sound trite but it you will understand once you enter the process. We probably collectively misjudged / mis-gauged the market but we ended up where we expected at the end of the day. We dealt with one individual who had us jumping through hoops with unrealistic expectations, we should have backed ourselves and told him to take a hike sooner. Should I go through this exercise again I would seek George out and be confident we would do a better job than the great outcome we achieved last time.
