Thank you George and the Remax team for the outstanding service and result ! We have interviewed many agents and by far George was the Top Agent in terms of experience, knowledge, and integrity. The final result exceed our expectations and for that I will also recommend Geoge to all my friends and families.
George sold our first home to us and was always availiable when we needed him. George is very knowledgable in realesate and an all round genuine guy. George worked very hard for our first purchase that when we decided to sell, we went straight to him to put it on the market. We did not even contact any other realestate agents to sell our home. Again George proved himself and sold our house in 2 weeks. George did not only become our agent, he became a friend that we could trust. If you are looking at buying or selling then this is your man. We never thought we would ever write a positive review for an agent until we met George. Keep doing what your doing George....dont ever change.
George recently sold our home in Forest Lake & we cannot speak highly enough of him. From start to finish - & beyond - he was totally professional but also very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered every text message or phone call promptly & gave us invaluable advice about how to prepare our home to achieve the best possible sale price. He truly is excellent and we are very happy to unreservedly recommend him.
George told us that our house would be under contract (sold) within a week and he did not disappoint. If you are looking for a agent that WILL sell your home George is the agent to do it.
I can not rate George highly enough! I bought my home through George and he made such an impression that I also sold my home when it was time to move on. I have bought and sold a few homes over the years so can honestly compare the service to others. George provided outstanding service in all aspects of the sale. Nothing was to difficult and he went out of his way to help when needed even for things I would consider not part of his job description. It is clearly evident its not just a job for George he loves what he does!
George Vuong sold in February and October this year my two rental villas at Forest Lake in record time. The one in Bishop Street had a contract on it within four hours of listing ! . Both were sold well above the price being achieved by other agents for similar villas. At all times George displayed his abilities of sound market knowledge , communication and negotiation skills in his unique friendly manner. I highly recommend George to sellers requiring an agent who gives 100% effort to his craft.
To George, We would like to formally say thank you very much for your professional attention to the sale of our home. We were very pleased with the selling campaign and of course the final result. The experience of selling our home was made all the less stressful through your professionalism and keeping us informed of prospective buyer feedback, vendor meetings and preparation of every Saturday's open homes. We have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family and would be pleased to have you sell my investment property when the time comes. Again a very warm and heart felt thank you for all the hard work that you've putted into Hervey Close. Kind Regards, John and Carol
We recently sold our home through George Vuong and were completely impressed with his professionalism throughout the experience. He is knowledgeable, reliable and helpful and always kept us informed about how things were going. We felt looked after and completely at ease with George and most importantly we got a great result, selling our home for a fair price in just two weeks. We would not hesitate to recommend George to anyone looking for a great agent to help them sell their home, he is excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend George Vuong to anyone selling their house. His dedication to his customers is first rate and it is clearly evident in his sales results. George is professional, honest, genuine, and one of the hardest working men I have met! George sold our renovated 3Bed, 1 Bath, 1 Car in Forest Lake for a record price. After the first open home we had 3 offers over the asking price. He negotiated between the 3 and presented us with all options. The contract process was smooth and George kept us informed at every step of the way and even touched base to see how the packing was going! We couldn't have been happier with the financial result though even more pleased to have made a friend in George. Thanks again George - you have helped us achieve the goal of buying our dream home. Adrian & Joanne Dennis
George was extremely honest in his dealings with me and sold my house extremely quickly. He kept in contact and helped with all the extra issues that arose. Would definitely recommend george to our prospective sellers.
