George was fantastic! Nothing was off the table, and "everything is negotiatable". First time selling a house and it was so easy and stress free. He explained everything at each step, and was available 24/7 for any questions, or to help in any way. He not only met our goals, but surpassed them. He is a lovely personable character and I have nothing but praise for how he handled our situation. He knows his stuff, is very professional, and I have no qualms in recommending him 100%.
