We have known George Yang for some time outside of the Real Estate environment and when we decided to sell our home we thought we would see what George, and the Place agency could do for us. After our initial meeting back in November 2016 we made the decision to go with Place, and also to sell by auction. All of the Marketing; Building/Pest inspections; Auctioneer and various hints as to the presentation etc etc were discussed and agreed to and after much hard work by George and ourselves, particularly for the many Open Day presentations we were ready to show our home to the many lookers which followed. George worked many long hours and kept us informed both verbally and with the weekly Market Place Reports regarding the potential customer base. On the day of the Auction there was a huge crowd, and more importantly, about 6 or 7 registered bidders. The auctioneer whom George had introduced to us a couple of days before the Auction, and in whom we felt very much at ease, performed a remarkable feat in extracting dozens of bids, culminating in a very welcome result. Without hesitation both my wife and I can not speak too highly of the effort put in by George and we would certainly recommend his services to any would-be seller in the future.
