George packed in a large number of open homes midweek and morning and afternoon sessions on Saturdays to get the maximum number of potential buyers through prior to auction. George personally ran every open home and arrived early to each and every one to set up and ensure the house was ready. We were provided a summary immediately after each open home. A brief weekly sit down to run through campaign progress worked well and gave us peace of mind that we were in safe hands and that the utmost attention, care and effort was being put in by the team. George and his team were polite, gracious, insightful and at no times overbearing or pressuring which filled us with confidence that potential buyers were being treated in a similar fashion. The introduction to the auctioneer Phil prior to auction day who provided us genuine and confident advice on how the Auction day would unfold helped manage our expectations and keep us (relatively) calm in what is a very stressful situation.
