Georgia was the third agent enlisted to sell the property. The fist agent over-valued the home and we were encouraged not to accept offers that, in the end, were over a million more than we sold for. The second allowed the property to languish on the market while trying to convince me to sell low to his business partner. After significant legal fees to extract myself from that contract and 4 interest rates Georgia achieved the outcome she promised. She is professional, transparent and reliable.
