Georgia & Alexandra are quite a team - their 'down to earth' and sincere approach coupled with informative emails and data enabled us with full confidence throughout our sale process. Happy to recommend & will welcome the opportunity to work with Georgia again in future. Anne & Stephen.
Georgia is the ultimate professional. Her knowledge of the local market is exceptional and her attention to detail together with her warm personality ensured we achieved the best possible result for our sale. Georgia drew on her wide network of trades and industry connections to help us prepare the property for sale with a minimum of fuss and went way beyond our expectations in every regard. We have enjoyed the process of selling through Georgia and have now listed a second property with her. Highly recommended.
Georgia and her team were highly professional, accomodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the buying experience of Elvina Street. Georgia constantly kept us updated and made sure we had all the available information required to purchase this property. Thank you!
I have been very happy with the sale of my house. Georgia reads the market well and makes every effort to attract as many buyers as possible. She communicated with me constantly keeping me aware of how things were progressing. She and Maureen Brett and also Alex Churchill are an excellent team.
Georgia was always very positive when the media was nothing but negative and full of woe. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable about real estate in the eastern suburbs. We would definitely use her services again.
Georgia was recommended by a friend, and she did not let us down! Your sincerely Philip Pratt
We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Georgia as a buyer’s agent to anyone to is looking to purchase a property. Many thanks, Fraser & Rachel.
We couldn't have had a better experience than the one we've had with Georgia and her team. Having had absolutely terrible experiences with other agents in the area, we were so happy to deal with Georgia on the purchase of our home. She was professional, honest (a realistic buyer price guide, not a grossly undervalued number), and willing to have an open and frank conversation about vendor expectations. There was no messing around and I would expect that the vendor had a positive experience as well. And to top it off, she's incredibly warm and lovely to deal with. We couldn't recommend Georgia (and Alex in her team) more highly! If you're looking to buy or sell in her area, Georgia should be your first port of call.
I have met Georgia at a number of properties, when I found the one I wanted, on Georgia's advise I paid the asking price rather than haggle and then see it sold to another party, so maybe I should sell my next property through Georgia!
Georgia was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale process and even beyond.
Georgia did an awesome job in a tough market. Wouldn’t hesitate to sell through her again.
