We would highly recommend Bradfield & Cleary, from our first meeting for a market appraisal Georgia and her team were very professional. Her appraisal was in fact our exact sale price at auction so clearly she knows the market very well. Our property was very difficult one in that it was high profile yet buyers found some draw backs, Georgia manage all this very well.

Georgia was an excellent agent. Georgia was helpful, informative and patient in a situation where there were multiple vendors with different agendas. She is clearly a competent and experienced agent. We had a good result.

The attention to detail was amazing with every aspect of the sale being considered and thought out. I felt very comfortable working with her on this project and would not hesitate to recommend Georgia to anyone thinking of selling their home. She has a good knowledge of the market and an eye for detail that made for a good outcome with the sale of the property.

We are happy to rate her service as ‘Five Star’ and were very pleased with Georgia’s work ethic and professionalism in selling our home. Georgia communicated very well with us at every stage and we believe that the outcome achieved was a tribute to her excellent skills as an agent.

We found Georgia to be very straightforward, she didn't give us the 'Realestate spiel' we'd come to expect and ignore during our many other house viewings. As a result, we felt we could trust the information we'd been told. The sale itself was quite stress free. We would definitely recommend using Georgia Cleary.

Georgia was outstanding in all aspects of marketing and campaigning. Her professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the market is exceptional. She was a pleasure to deal with and was in daily contact throughout the whole process. I was very happy with The way in which Georgia looked after the sale of my property from beginning to end. I can recommend Georgia to entrust with selling your property.

Georgia is an exceptionally good agent. From the viewpoint of a buyer she comes across as well informed and enthusiastic about the property she represents. She is quick to follow up when asked to provide information which requires research. Georgia's focus is clearly on fostering a sound business relationship as opposed to simply making a sale. Her engaging personality and happy disposition, matched with a steely sense of purpose, makes her an outstanding real estate agent.

I was extremely happy with the way Georgia handled the sale of my property. From our first meeting she was gracious, calm and informative. I was very busy and put the organisation of painters, carpet and stylist in her hands, all of which happened promptly and without incident. During the campaign, she kept me fully informed constantly and I was very happy with the auction result. I would certainly highly recommend Georgia and she would be top of my list if I was to sell another property.

Georgia is a very professional and knowledgable agent. She made the purchasing experience non stressful. I would recommend her as an agent!

Georgia and Sam were very professional and courteous in the lead up to the auction. They were extremely responsive with information.
