Would totally choose Georgia again! The best decision I made for the sale of my parent's home.

The best decision I made for my dad’s house sale! Georgia literally got us a suburb record price for our house!! She advocated for our house as passionately as we would as the owners. Not once did I feel ignored or dismissed. It was the complete opposite. It felt like a really positive partnership with Georgia. Somebody I could trust through a process I was not familiar with. Georgia has a heart of gold AND really skilled at negotiation and communication. She wasn't just there to get a quick sale. She helped me to see the potential of what we could achieve with the sale, and guided me in how to hold our ground for the perfect offer. While some real estate agents might have advised me to take the 'best first offer' we received, Georgia had such a strong knowledge of the market and the sellers at that point in time, that she was able to give me the confidence to stand strong and wait for the best and final offer we could achieve. Would totally choose her again in a heart beat and I recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell (or buy) their house!
