The only thing I found a little bit of a downside was the many amount of times I was contacted and requested to fill in a review on 'RateMyAgent' by texts, calls and emails. One time I was told over the phone by her assistant that Georgia wouldn't get commission if I didn't fill in a review which made me feel very pressured to do so.
