Georgia helped us sell two houses in 2016 so we could relocate to Queensland. We sold our beautiful little character cottage in Oakbank that we'd renovated for a much better than expected price in only a couple of weeks. Needless to say, we were over the moon! Then she helped us sell our property at 8 Dalmeny Drive, Mt Barker. We loved Georgia. She helped us through a tricky sale, at a flattish time in the market with difficult buyers. The sale took a little longer than we would have hoped (around 6 weeks) but that was just the market in Mt Barker at the time with this style of property. Georgia remained supportive, positive and upbeat in her marketing of our home and got us a good price. It was a little lower than we had expected but our circumstances were that we needed to relocate for work sooner rather than later and we'd got a terrific price for the other house so it's all swings and roundabouts. All in all, we were very happy with Georgia's service, commitment to getting us the best result for us and the excellent negotiation skills she applied to finally get the sale across the line.

Having bought and sold many properties over the years dealing with Georgia was like a breath of fresh air. We were selling an investment residential property and as we are now living interstate all of our communication was carried out by phone and the internet. Not only did Georgia suggest that we repainted and recarpet the house as well as removing some large trees in the garden but she then went on to supervise and arrange for all the work to be done at a competitive price. I have never had an agent assist us to this level before. If that wasn't enough she sold the property after only one open inspection. Throughout the process Georgia kept us in the loop - she is a delight to deal with and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
