The Open House I attended was handled in a very covid safe manner. A potentially tricky situation with a maskless, coughing person was handled quickly and professionally. My purchase was just days before Christmas but Georgie was always available and happy to answer her phone at such a busy family time. A very easy transaction!
We found Georgie very helpful, professional and took the time to listen. She delivered on her promises and was good to deal with during a time where property is very strong. I commented when we first met, it will be interesting if she returns my calls or emails, she promised she would and said the market won’t be strong forever. We had spoken to many, many agents (surprising the number was in excess on 20 agents, not all in Samford though) over the recent months and Georgie is the only agent who ever returned my enquires and showed any interest. The rest told us how busy they were and couldn’t be bothered actually listening and qualifying what we wanted, instead just dismissing us. Not bad when we were the ideal buyers with money and could sign an unconditional contract, which we did with Georgie. I would highly recommend Georgie as the ideal agent and if you are looking for property in Samford or surrounds either selling or buying don’t bother with other agents they are not worth your effort.
