We were attracted to Georgie (and Belle Property) because of the way she beautifully presents all her properties. From the outset we were impressed with the way Georgie was organised and personable, and demonstrably committed to getting us the best possible price for our property. Georgie was not eager to get us to agree to a quick sale at a lower price though there was plenty of interest with around 50 groups of people attending our first Open Home. Georgie brought buyers from outside of Eatons Hill, buyers who were ultimately willing to pay substantially more than what most of the market was indicating it was willing to pay. As a result we ended up being able to choose from multiple excellent offers from people who had not initially been considering buying in Eatons Hill. After the first offer fell through when the buyer appeared to change their mind, Georgie kept faithfully working until we had an unconditional contract that was even better than the first. We are very happy with the result.
