Georgie was enthusiastic yet realistic in her evaluation and marketing of our property. She is a good communicator but does not overwhelm as some agents can. I felt that Georgie had kindness and understanding but she did not let that interfere with the process. Selling property and keeping both parties happy is a difficult balancing act and Georgie seems to have achieved a good balance.
