Georgina is super responsive and efficient. She knew the market and gave us great advice on how to present our home and what to do to get the best price. She used email, text and phone to keep us informed of everything through the whole selling process. She always responded within about ten minutes, even when we emailed her outside of business hours expecting a response the next day. She is really organised and efficient. We first contacted Georgina when we had decided to purchase an investment property in the Kingston foreshore area. While there was nothing available with our requirements at the time, she advised that there was an upcoming property that might be of interest. Georgina kept us informed, so that when the property was eventually listed, we were first to be notified and we subsequently arranged an inspection. As a result of our viewing and satisfaction that it perfectly met our needs, an offer was made on the day of inspection and the property was subsequently acquired the same day, after negotiation.
