Our property had cladding issues, covid inspection interuptions, an existing lease to break and an ever changing unresponsive body corporate, plus many other challenges but Georgina never gave us working with all parties to get the sale through at a good price. Georgina helped connect us to a stylist which set us up for the best possible price, she was actively involved in all elements (and we were never outsourced to someone else in her team). She kept close to all the buyers and was able to be flexible which included working around the buyers and us as a family who were working from home at the time. Over Promised & Underdelivered - Her initial pitch misrepresented the conveyed expectations that she would sell my 1 bedroom property for $600,000+. After 7 months and no offers it sold for a loss at $465,000. - Property went up online without consent and marketing fees were requested immediately. - Groups were not screened appropriately wasting vendor’s time preparing for the opens. - Cancelled an open 9pm the night before due to no registered viewers. - Advocating for buyers over vendor. Very disappointed by the whole experience considering I chose the “luxury property expert” over other agents.
