Geraint and Neo did a a great job with selling my mother's house. Unfortunately, a few days before the auction date, there was an announcement in the press that the housing market in Melb may have peaked and lower house prices could be coming. I think this news caused a couple of potential bidders to hold back and perhaps wait for a couple of months to buy, thus leaving my mother's auction thin on the ground for bidder. However, Geraint and his team ran the auction and subsequent negotiations after the house was passed in professionally and obtained my mother's reserve price, which was a great result. We were very impressed by our dealings with Geraint Gardiner. When we decided to sell our property we engaged with some local estate agents and we found that while they were all pleasant and seemed to have integrity, the selling strategies that they offered were fairly formulaic and not much energy or creativity was demonstrated by them.
