When we purchased our home, Geraint was the agent and auctioneer on the day. Prior to the auction day, Geraint was helpful, courteous and punctual in arranging a further inspection as well as providing access for the Building and Pest Control inspections. He conducted the auction in an enthusiastic and professional manner and from the perspective of a purchaser, he was good to deal with, while at the same time providing a supportive service to his client.
