We found Gerald great to work with. We previously put an offer on a house via Gerald and we found him very helpful in guiding us through how the process works and respectful of the limits we had for the offer. Gerald worked very hard to ensure that we ended up being able to buy our current home and was always available and accommodating. We highly recommend him.
My husband and I had been trying to buy our first place for 12 months. We met with and spoke to several other agents from Wal Murray, as well as agents from Lj Hooker and also in Casino- we probably contacted nearly every agent in Lismore at one point or another, with questions about certain properties. Etc. they were helpful but only to a point. Then we came to meet Gerald, the most wonderful, extraordinaire agent, who right from the very second we met he went above and beyond to help us with getting a place. We were blown away by his dedication, politeness, efficiency and skills as a negotiater! He also recommended a wonderful conveyancer, and also was familiar with our mortgage broker. Gerald knows Lismore like it's nobody's business- hands down the most knowledgeable and locally experienced agent you will ever meet! He is a true gem, and the success of Wal Murray and Co. as a firm is a huge testament to his hard work and sacrifice over many, many years. I now recommend Gerald to every home buyer I meet. And for first timers especially. I look forward to the continued success of Wal Murray and Co. and to the success of many future sales through Gerald the extraordinaire! He is a rare breed, whose genuine concern for the satisfaction of all parties and individuals involved is overwhelmingly reassuring. Many thanks, we could not be happier with our purchase price as well as the property itself. The man deserves a raise. Thanks Gerald, you are a legend.
I FOUND GERALD VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SATISFY MY QUERIES.

My husband and I saw the open house for Alison Ave, walked in and instantly fell in love with the full potenial this rundown house could be. With Gerald's charm and personalised attention we were certain this place had to be our first home. No sooner we left we had placed an offer. Gerald put the offer to the owners the same afternoon and we had our offer accepted 3-4 days after our initial offer. Gerald was so easy to deal with and ensured we understood the steps involved with buying our first house. He kept us updated and touched base once or twice a week to see how we were tracking along. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure we were well looked after. Without Gerald's personal touch buying our first home would have been daunting and overwhelming. Thank you Gerald for all your hard work and support!
