I have to admit I generally avoid dealings with real estate agents when I can however Gerald Pollard was an absolute delight to work with. His friendly manner and sincere honesty made the whole process really positive. Gerald went above and beyond. I really appreciated his approach because I have had some underhanded experiences with agents in the past.
Gerald was exceptional to work with, his knowledge of the market and pricing was spot on and he kept me updated on every little thing that was going on during the sales process

Very happy that Gerald acted as our agent. He has great market knowledge and was very professional in all dealings. He was very thorough and maintained regular contact with me.Ultimately I ended up with a higher price due his advice
From the first meeting with Gerald we knew we wanted to go with him. Laid back yet professional, straight forward and no real stress. This was our first time selling a house and what I thought would be a more stressful experience was not. We were kept in the loop the whole way and any questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend.
Gerard helped me a lot and he new a lot about my property I purchased I found him very helpful
Gerald recently helped us sell our property. He was attentive and professional, and guided us throughout the whole process. He was particularly attentive to see that we would be informed at each stage of the process, and that was especially reassuring to us. His deep knowledge of the industry and market were greatly beneficial and we appreciated his advice and guidance and were very happy with the outcome. Thank you Gerald.
Gerald treated us like valuable customers from the the first contact. He remained helpful and attentive throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.
This is the third time I have dealt with Gerald regarding the selling of properties, in this case it was on behalf of my elderly parents. As always Gerald went above & beyond right through the process from start to finish. Through his network of contacts he was able to help with the organising of tradespeople to have the house & gardens brought up to scratch in preparation for sale through to having the house cleaned prior to the buyer taking possession. Gerald always kept in regular contact through every stage of the sale and was on hand if we needed advice. Gerald is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him more highly.
