I live interstate and when it came time to sell my property in Lismore, the first person I thought of was Gerald. Surely there's nobody in the Northern Rivers that knows the area and real estate like Gerald. When I bought the house, he listened to what I wanted and was able to identify what properties would be suitable. I ended up with a property that I would be happy to have as my forever home. In a twist of fate I ended up moving to Queensland but kept the house for neatly 15 years, reluctantly deciding to sell it last month. He coordinated trades and other services, whilst I was trapped across the border. Gerald's knowledge, advice on the best ways to present the property, his connections and dedication made the process easy and seamless (at least from my end). The price that Gerald realised was way beyond my expectations and all parties concerned were ecstatic with the result.
