We have recently bought and sold with Gerry. We viewed a couple of properties with Gerry and she went out of her way to show properties multiple times and was very open, honest and approachable. So when it came to sell our family home of over 10 years where we brought our babies home to we didn't hesitate to ask Gerry! She understood our love of the property and treated us and our home as special. We as the seller recently read the review from the buyer and were very saddened to hear her experience was far different. We left our beautiful family home professionally cleaned and in great working order after having all pre purchase work completed by reputable tradesman. Unfortunately we had issues with an out structure in which we pursued all avenues to accomadate the buyer and had engineers involved and multiple shire meetings and resolved through the help of a settlement agency. We would definately recommend her and would use her again if we ever find ourselves in the market.
