My wife and I had no choice to not deal with Geraldine, as she was the chosen agent used for the property we purchased. The first time we saw the property we liked it, however when tried to organise a second private viewing to address our concerns regarding measurements. We were simply told there would be another inspection in a week. It was only after we knocked on the previous owners door did anything get organised. At all future inspections it appeared that more attention was provided to the previous owner, than trying to up sell the property and peak our interest. To this day my wife's name is addressed with incorrect spelling, even though this was pointed out a number of times. Minor corrections to paperwork were brushed off, 'the conveyancer can change that', before even being sent to the conveyancer. All in all, we were purchasing the house. Though had we not of liked the property, we wouldn't have asked for further assistance in finding another.
