Our experience with Geraldine has been nothing short of a positive one. Geraldine originally approached us to inform us of the unit's availability after we indicated our interest for looking for 2 bedroom flats in the $600 000 price range. From the start she went out of her way to be flexible for contact (even in her days off) and to make herself available inspections of the property. Being first home buyers, we were a bit unfamiliar to the scene, and further slowed due to COVID19, but even during so Geraldine was patient and understanding, and able to fit the situation to our needs to make sure we made it to settlement. There were a few defects on inspection of the property, but these were quickly handled and sorted in a professional manner to make sure everything was up to scratch upon moving in. Geraldine is still helping us even after settlement with a few matters here and there and isn't afraid to respond t our contact. It's always nice to see a salesman still engaged post sale. Ashley and Myself are optimistic for our futures together, and look forward to making this property our home.
