Gerard came in to our place in a bad market and worked hard to try and sell our property. He was easy to talk to even when we didn't quite agree. I wanted a rep that wasnt full of crap and that's what we got. We had another rep before Gerard who was no use at all (different company)and changed solely due to the no sale no charge.
I found Gerard to be very approachable and an excellent communicator. He was calm and thorough and answered / got back to me for all my questions quickly.
Gerard happily made time for us to inspect a property on a Sunday. We loved the property so much we said we would take it. Gerard was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely be looking out for my interests. Communication from a blue tooth in the car was sometimes difficult. I was disappointed that I did not get a copy of the Page n Pearce invoice prior to it being submitted to the solicitor. I believe I should have been able to see and approve someone getting my money...The same way I sign for a credit card purchase. However I did appreciate Gerard's efforts to make things right when they went off the rails.
