Gerard did a great job of taking us through the sales process, in what turned out to be a tougher environment that we first expected. He was clear about possible and likely outcomes each week and kept us updated daily on what potential buyers were thinking and who was, and wasn't, in the picture.

What impressed me overall was his personal unflappable style which I expected would have resonated well with the interested parties for our property.
