This was my second experience with a real estate agent and no doubt Gerard has set high expectations. Gerard was professional and respectful during the whole listing of my property and always had my best interests at heart. He always made sure I was equipped with property trends and data to make the right decisions and I never felt pressured. Gerard was patient and always motivated. Gerard even took time out of his personal leave to keep me updated and to check-in re my property movements. He wasn’t another ‘sales agent’ as I have come past many of these before. Gerard is genuine and a true gentleman. I really appreciate all that Gerard has done for me and my little family and would highly recommend Gerard for any potential clients.
