I found that Gerard Inangeri talked the talk, but failed to follow through with the results. He was very arrogant with his approach to selling my house, once the contract to sell my house had been signed he lost interest in making an effort, he just wanted to get my house off loaded as fast as possible. He also did not abide by all the real estate rules, giving the keys to the person purchasing my house access to it without my permission and allowing them to bring in work men to measure up and give quotes long before settlement. And he still continues to make false claims, he claims on the web sites to have sold my house for $75.000 more than what it really sold for. I find this to be very misleading and dishonest. I would not recommend him.
