Gerard and his team are simply awesome. they go over and above what a standard agent would do. negotiates well, does the extra mile when needed. i must say i have had an excellent experience working with him. We had a tough time getting the sale done, especially when the market is down and the situation the property wasn't easy. He did what i believe no other agent would. He didn't give up and got the sale done. I have a feeling he keeps all his clients on numero uno position and is very responsive. Communication with Gerard has been excellent and prompt.
